Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us at info@minikiosk.dk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the package until it arrives at our office why we recommend to send the parcel with a tracking number. Please be aware that the return cost is at your own expense. 

If you would rather like to receive a prepaid returnlabel, please send us an email at info@minikiosk.dk. However please note, that 40 DKK will be deducted from your refund when using the label. (Only applies for danish customers)
